My order arrived damaged. What now?
We always take the greatest care when it comes to packing and shipping your items and we always use high quality bubble wrap and packaging utilities.
Unfortunately, on some rare occasions some items can get damaged during transportation in the post.
As soon as you receive a damaged item, please use the contact form to let us know how you want to proceed indicating whether your want a replacement or a full refund within 14 days beginning the day after you have receive your order.
We might ask you to attach a photograph illustrating the damage for improvement purposes and transferring feedback to our shipping services.
