My order has not arrived yet. What do i do?

 

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email along with your orders' details. If you have chosen a shipping method that allows "tracking", then a tracking number will also be available to you, as soon as the order is sent out. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of receiving an order. 

Depending on which shipping service you have chosen, these are the estimated delivery times:

a) Priority international shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:

These are the estimated delivery times, provided to us by the shipping company. 

However, in some cases there could be an additional delay due to exceptional circumstances, for example, during holiday periods. Furthermore, depending on your country, there could be extra delay due to local customs standard procedures which lie outside our control. 

Hence, please allow for an extra 7 working days after the estimated delivery time to your address. After that, please use the  contact form to let us know that your item has not yet arrived. We will then advise and inform you of your options; either receive a refund or a replacement as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Finally, we inform that we consider claims for lost items 35 days after dispatch for Europe and up to 90 days after dispatch for the rest of the world.
