Returns & Refunds policy 

 All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Return of non-faulty goods

Please bear in mind that, non-faulty items can only be returned if they are in a re-salable condition.  What this means is that the items should be unopened, unused with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Should you wish to return a non-faulty item and apply for an exchange or receive a full refund, please fill in the contact form quoting your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be issued with a tracking number and details on how to return your item(s).

If you have requested a refund you shall then receive a full refund within 10 days beginning the day after notifying us that you wish to claim a refund. Note that you shall be responsible for the cost of delivery and the cost of returning a non-faulty item back to us.  

Please return the product(s) in suitable packaging to ensure it will reach our premises in a good condition. If you fail to take adequate care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

For all returns, it is advisable that you retain your receipt from your local Post Office, until you have received your refund. 

 

Return of faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods

If you have received an item which you believe is incorrect, misdescribed, or faulty please fill in the contact form quoting your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be issued with a tracking number and details on how to return your item(s).  

A full refund of the total cost of the purchased goods, plus the costs of delivery and your costs of returning a faulty, misdescribed or incorrect good back to us will be reimbursed back to you within 10 working days after you have notified us to do so.

For all returns, it is advisable that you retain your receipt from your local Post Office, until you have received your refund. We might ask you for a copy of your receipt in order to process your refund.  

Please return the product(s) in suitable packaging to ensure it will reach our premises in a good condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

 

Return of goods which have arrived damaged in the post 

If you have received an item which you believe has been damaged while in transit to reach you, please fill in the contact form quoting your order number and provide as many details about the damage within 14 days of receiving the item. Please do not dispose the damaged item as we might ask you to attach a photograph illustrating the damage for improving purposes and transferring feedback to our posting services.

Please let us know if you wish to have a replacement sent to you, or receive a full refund. In the latter case, a full refund of the total cost of the purchased goods, plus the costs of delivery will be reimbursed back to you within 10 working days after you have notified us to do so.

 

Refunds for items which were lost in post

If you have not received your order, and 7 working days after the estimated delivery time to your address have elapsed, please let us know that your item has not arrived by completing this contact form with your order and personal details. 

You will then be offered the option to receive a full refund including the cost of delivery or issue you with a free replacement. If you have chosen to receive a refund, this will be paid in the same account you have initaly made payment with within 10 working days beginning the day after you have informed us of your decision. 

We consider claims for lost items 35 days after dispatch for Europe and up to 90 days after dispatch for the rest of the world.
